How to prepare your bagel

FROZEN bagels are par-cooked.

After purchasing frozen, store in the freezer until ready to eat. For best results, Black Market Bagels frozen bagels should be prepared as follows:

Frozen: Thaw the bagel in the microwave for 20-25 seconds. Cut in half and place in the toaster. When toasted, add toppings and enjoy.
OR
Place frozen bagels on a baking sheet until thawed. Cook in a 200 C. oven for 6-8 minutes. Cut in half and place in the toaster. When toasted, add toppings and enjoy.

COOKED bagels are ready to eat now.

If purchased cooked, (and eating later) store in the freezer until ready to eat. For best results, our cooked bagels should be prepared as follows:

Cooked: Thaw from frozen as instructed above. Cut in half and place in the toaster. When toasted, add toppings and enjoy.
